Yoga is a way of life and the practice of yoga, both on and off the mat, impacts the dimension of awareness or the 'Vijnanamaya Kosha'. Every practice with us has an intention setting/resolution (sankalpa) exercise that keeps you aware and deeply rooted in your time on the mat in a manner that you carry your sankalpa or resolution into your life. Starting from building awareness about our physical being to moving into the energy dimension towards the mind dimension, we tap into the awareness dimension with a sense of better knowledge of our own selves. 

 

Along with the physical practice, our podcasts, social media pages and write ups are a medium to bring the age old wisdom of yoga to you in a manner that is relevant to the current times and lives.
