One On One

Sessions

If you seek a more personalised practice experience with PurnaYog, you can enroll for our one on one sessions. (The sessions are currently conducted online). Beginning of every month the instructor sets a plan and intention for the entire month with you. Detailed milestones are chalked out to work towards the goals identified. The instructor also shares healthy diet & lifestyle practices, that when implemented, enhance your overall well being. You also have a direct access to the instructor for any queries regarding your self practice.

Every session is planned around the intention set by you and your instructor and includes practices like centering, asanas & flows, breathwork, pranayama, mindfulness & meditation techniques.

All our sessions connect with the 5 dimensions of a person's being i.e the physical being, energy being, mental being, awareness body & the soul body.

​

Charges: Rs.7500/- per month for 12 sessions. Online Sessions.
