BODY

The outermost dimension of a person's being is the physical dimension or what we call as our 'Physical Body'. In yoga, this dimension is called the 'Annamaya Kosha'. Our body and the food that we eat, that nourishes us, form this dimension.

The physical aspect of our practice drawing from Hatha yoga, vinyasa power yoga, yin yoga & restorative yoga address to your physical dimension by enabling:

- Weight loss & improving muscle tone.

- Building strength & stamina.

- Improving flexibility & range of motion.

- Enhancing balance by improving neuro - muscular coordination.

- Improved blood circulation to muscles & connective tissues.

- Enhancing lymph movement.

- Releasing fascial tension in the body.

- Preventing injury.

Through the physical practice we strengthen and improve the well being of our body which supports us in moving deeper into the other dimensions.
