Group Sessions
Our group sessions are about vibing together. The sessions are conducted only by certified teachers who are passionate about sharing the joy of yoga.

Each session follows a pre planned and thought through theme to give you a fresh holistic experience. You can choose to join a beginner or an intermediate level batch batch based on your current level & style of practice.

We incorporate a mix of styles like hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin, restorative & gentle yoga. The classes are conducted online, so you can attend from the comfort of your home. All you need is a device to access zoom, a yoga mat, two blocks (or stacks of book) and an open heart & mind. The batch size is limited to ensure interaction with the instructor.

The duration of every class is 60 mins combining elements of centering, asanas, flows, mindfulness, breathwork, pranayama and meditation - all interwoven to give you a holistic practice experience everytime you step on the mat with us.

All our sessions connect with the 5 dimensions of a person's being i.e the physical being, energy being, mental being, awareness body & the soul body.
