BREATH

Our breath is linked to our energy dimension or the 'Pranamaya kosha'. This dimension consists of the breath, energy & the chakras. 

​

In our practice, we address this dimension through breath work & pranayama. Every session incorporates key elements of breath work to create a bridge between the physical dimensions of the body to positively impact the deeper dimensions of the being like mind & awareness.

Through the expansion of our breath or prana or chi, we expand our potential to move inward by enabling 'Pratyahara' (gathering inwards through withdrawal of senses) and moving closer to Dharna (concentration) &  Dhyana (Meditation).
