About Us

PurnaYog was launched in June 2020, right in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, to enable people all across the globe with various age old practices to help cope with the unprecedented times.

After intermittent practice of yoga of 5 years, I have finally found my favourite yoga teacher. I particularly love the philosophy on which Purnyog was born i.e. holistic living and that's what Shikha focuses on. There are no shortcuts in practice and each move is well thought through, researched and beautifully articulated to students. What is particularly like about Shikha is that she is equally curious about your journey and takes great pride in your improvements. It's a rewarding experience to  practice with her.
